The church in Rouvres dates back to the first quarter of the 19th century, as indicated by a commemorative engraved inscription: the first stone of the building was laid in 1810. The building comprises a nave with three aisles of five bays, a porch flanked by two secondary chapels, a choir with one right-hand bay and a semicircular apse covered with a false panelled barrel vault.
