A commemorative stone embedded in the south wall and dated 2 October 1729 recalls the rebuilding of the buttresses: "laid by Mr François Mollevant priest of Corlée on 2 October 1729". The nave appears to have been built during the restoration of the choir; the nave benches are dated 1733. The bell tower must have been built a few decades later, as the clock mechanism dates from 1758 and the bell from 1780. The mural decoration in the choir was painted by Lopez in 1951.
