The church of Saint-Michel in Courcelles-Vals-d'Esnoms is a homogeneous structure built in 1875 to replace the previous building, which had collapsed. It comprises a three-span nave with four bays, a tower-porch crowned by a polygonal slate-roofed spire, a choir with two straight bays followed by a three-sided apse.
