The church at Perrusse has an elongated floor plan, with a two-bay chancel (the first with groin vaulting and the second with rib vaulting) dating from the 13th century. The nave and bell tower were built in the 18th century, but the nave vaults were knocked down in 1842, which explains the presence of the buttresses, and replaced by a ceiling. The nave of Saint-Martin church has a single panelled nave, preceded by a tower-porch crowned by a polygonal slate-roofed spire. The building also has a spiral staircase located in the corner formed by the tower-porch and the nave, on the north side. The bell tower is of ashlar and the rest of the building is of rubble stone with ashlar chain.
