Germainvilliers church dates from the early 16th century, as indicated by the inscription 1521 engraved on a buttress. The ashlar building has 1 nave and is entirely rib-vaulted. The choir may well be older (13th century), as can be seen from some of the cornices and capitals that are still visible.
