EGLISE SAINT-BENIGNE DE SOMMANCOURT

EGLISE SAINT-BENIGNE DE SOMMANCOURT

Dating from the first half of the 13th century and the 18th century respectively, its Gothic choir houses a wooden altar painted in a variety of colours. In the background, a large painting dating from 1853 depicts the martyrdom of Saint Bénigne. Under the arch, a wrought-iron rood beam is a reminder that you are in foundry territory.
