EGLISE NOTRE-DAME-DE-L'ASSOMPTION DE GUINDRECOURT-AUX-ORMES

EGLISE NOTRE-DAME-DE-L'ASSOMPTION DE GUINDRECOURT-AUX-ORMES

The church at Guindrecourt has a nave with a ceiling, a chancel with one straight bay under an ogival vault and a semi-circular apse with a cul-de-four vault. The central nave probably dates from the Romanesque period, but appears to have been extensively altered. The north side aisle is 2 bays long and covered with rib vaulting; it dates from the second half of the 16th century (before 1596, the date of an epitaph carved into a wall).
