The church of Percey-le-Pautel was annexed to Cohons and then made a parish church in 1848. An inscription on the right foot of the west portal states that the church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité was rebuilt in 1840 (with donations from Mme de Pommeroy, whose husband was a count, mayor of Percey, senator and deputy for Haute-Marne from 1843 to 1848). The elongated building has a nave with a single panelled nave, a bell tower crowned with a square slate-roofed spire and a choir ending in a flat chevet.
