The church at Bize has been mentioned since the 18th century, when it was a branch of Anrosey. It was built in several stages, with the first project being completed in 1843, but remaining unfinished for several years due to defects. The building was finally completely rebuilt in 1851, and the church became a parish church in 1869. The keystone of the choir bears the date 1939, which must correspond to the painting of the choir. The elongated north-facing church is modest in size, measuring 25 m x 10 m.
