The E2C offers training to young people aged 16 to 25, with few or no qualifications, who are motivated to embark on a process of professional integration. With work-linked training at the heart of the scheme, the aim is to lead to long-term integration through access to a job or training leading to a qualification. Young people have the status of vocational training trainees and receive a training allowance paid by the Grand Est Region.
