Located in Bugnières, near Arc-en-Barrois, the Domaine des Rubis passionately cultivates blackcurrants and redcurrants to create exceptional drinks. Thanks to our unique know-how, we transform these red berries into refined fermented drinks, intensely fruity juices and aromatic vinegars. Our Rubis de Groseilles and Rubis de Cassis are real gustatory treasures: delicately fermented drinks, perfect as an aperitif or with dessert. Served chilled, they reveal all the intensity and finesse of the fruit.
