- rosé wine,
- red wines (Gamay and Pinot Noir)

The family welcomes you Monday to Saturday from 2.30pm to 6pm and on Sundays in July and August. Closed on public holidays, but can be opened by appointment. Come and taste their wines in their cosy shop.
Groups (30 to 60 people): by appointment.
You can also find Coiffy wines at the Crèmerie du Saulon in Fayl-Billot, 17 rue Jean Brugnon.
Situated at the crossroads of the 4 provinces of Burgundy, Champagne, Franche-Comté and Lorraine, Coiffy-le-Haut overlooks the Amance valley. From the vineyards planted on its slopes, you can contemplate the surrounding landscape. Your gaze plunges into a green landscape of alternating vineyards, meadows and forests.
As you leave the forest, you come to the village as you turn down a winding road. It stretches out lengthways, between the houses, over the gardens and orchards, you catch a glimpse of the valley and the vines.
Coiffy-le-Haut offers a relaxing change of scene.
