To the left of the front door of the house with its blue shutters is a large votive cross, erected in 1860 in devotion to Anne Flocard (born in Aubigny on 19 March 1817), the eldest of nine children, who became a nun and died suddenly in 1860 outside Vaux-sous-Aubigny in her community. The cross was placed in front of the house of her parents François Flocard and Claire-Marie Gautherot on their initiative, as the inscription on the base indicates. Her parents died in Aubigny within two days of each other, Claire Marie on 16 March 1874 and François on 18 March. Because of its location and dedication, this calvary has remained private.
