The Langres PDO has its own brotherhood, the "Tastes-fromages de Langres".
As true lovers of their product and their region, its members do a fantastic job of promoting the PDO by travelling the regions of France and beyond.
Whether they are Knights of the Cape or Knights of Honour, it is with conviction that they share their taste for the Langres PDO.
