Listed as a Historic Monument in 1975, the dovecote in Place Carnot is an imposing late 17th-century building erected under the authorisation of the cathedral chapter, lord of the manor.
Round in shape, it has an ashlar base, a half-height randière and a conical roof covered in flat tiles. Pigeons fly in through an elegant dormer window at the base of the roof on the north side.
The interior features a beautiful vaulted cellar. A staircase carved into the wall provided access to the hundreds of tufa stone pigeon holes scattered along the masonry.
The roof was renovated in 1986.

Not open to the public: private site only visible from the outside.
