Altitude: 356 m.
Located between the communes of Poissons and Montreuil-sur-Thonnance, the Col des Lacets de Mélaire offers a beautiful view of the valley and the famous lacets. It is the ideal crossing point between the Rongeant valley to the south and the Ruisseau du Mont valley to the north. The pass is flanked to the west by the 391m-high Calais and the 391m-high Montagne. There is a large car park for motorhomes.
This is the 2nd pass listed by the Comité Départemental de Cyclotourisme de Haute-Marne.
