Château de Briaucourt consists of a main building constructed in the 17th century, supported by two of the four corner towers dating back to the Middle Ages. Complemented by outbuildings also dating from both the Middle Ages and the 17th century, it provides a showcase for the history of art and local and national historical events of the last few centuries.
A dovecote and a tithe barn surround its main façade.
The facades, roofs, two watchtowers, keep, dovecote, barns and outbuildings, as well as the drawing-room staircase with its wrought-iron banister, were listed as Historic Monuments on 23 July 1981.
