The Notre Dame des Eaux chapel is located in the spa park behind the spa. This small wooden building houses a large statue of Our Lady of the Waters, surrounded by numerous ex-votos. Every day, spa-goers come here to say prayers to the Virgin, who perpetuates the memory of a Virgin associated with the miracles of the spa treatment.
