Adeline is carrying on the tradition, having taken over the business founded by her parents when she was still a child. Immersed in the vineyards and the cellar from an early age, she naturally became a winegrower. After gaining a BTS in viticulture and oenology and a few years' experience in the vineyards, she went on to work on the estate of her husband, Nicolas Bass, alongside her own.
Today, they each farm their own plots of land and make their own vintages at Rizaucourt. Each person is unique, but the two of them complement each other!
