The canons' cellar is located under the house at the corner of rue Claude Gillot and place Jean Duvet. This vast quadrangle measuring 18 metres by 9 metres is covered by two long barrel vaults resting on cruciform pillars. The canons of the cathedral used to store wine from their vineyards here. The income from the sale of wine and wheat helped their community to prosper.
