Located near Giey-sur-Aujon, the Vauclair distillery brewery welcomes you to discover the different stages in the production of "la Choue", and since 2021, the "Le Cahou" craft whiskies.
"La Choue" is a top-fermented craft beer brewed using traditional double-fermentation methods.

The cellar-bar is open from 2 May to 31 August, weekdays from 7am to 4pm, Saturdays from 10am to 8pm and Sunday evenings from 5pm to 8pm. From 1 September to 30 April: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
