La Burris' is first and foremost a traditional mixed crop-livestock farm in the Haute-Marne region.
Aurélie, the farmer, wanted to diversify production by offering consumers a finished product that would be derived from existing production, while at the same time combining a "direct relationship with the customer" aspect.
Burris' is the farm's barley in a can!
The barley is malted in small quantities at the IFBM in Nancy, then brewed on the farm in Beurville (52110).
The farm has been offering beers in 33cl and 75cl sizes since March 2021, and more recently in 20l kegs.
The range currently includes a blond, a hopped blond, a triple, a white with coriander and orange peel, an amber with caramel flavours and a raspberry beer for fruit lovers.
Other projects are in the pipeline, including an ephemeral range and a number of must-haves such as IPA and Stout.
