Langres' media libraries are located in the town centre (Marcel-Arland, in the former cloister of the cathedral) and in the new districts (René-Goscinny, in the Maison de quartier). They offer the general public a lively and diverse range of cultural activities, including magazines, books, CDs, DVDs and the Internet, to meet the cultural, leisure, educational and information needs of local residents. Registration entitles you to borrow 20 documents in all media, including 2 DVDs.
How do I register?
Registration is free and open to all on presentation of proof of identity and recent proof of address. A parental authorisation form must be completed for minors.
