The aim of this association is to organise the festivities of the Grand Pardon de Chaumont, a religious festival that has been recognised in the town since 1475. It is celebrated on 24 June, whenever St John the Baptist, the patron saint of the Basilica of Chaumont, falls on a Sunday. The next Grand Pardon de Chaumont will take place on 24 June 2029.
