The Parc du Petit Bois was separated from the park of the Château du Grand Jardin in the mid-18th century by the creation of the new road from Flanders to Burgundy. The Petit Bois then became the town's first municipal park. Today, it features a number of cast-iron statues that bear witness to local industry.
There is now a children's play area surrounded by greenery and plane trees.
