Rochevilliers - PR N°80

A sustained loop between the Suize valley and wooded ridges:
This 14km trail from Villiers-sur-Suize offers a sustained hike, ideal for seasoned walkers who enjoy varied terrain and regular exertion. The green-yellow signposted route first runs alongside the Suize, with its rural remains - fountain, wash-house, old mill - before climbing towards the Combe Tuillière and then the ridge towards Bois Roblot. There is one climb after another, particularly towards Rochevilliers and the Bréviandes farm, with uninterrupted views over Foulain and the Marne valley. The return journey takes you through the woods of Haut Charmoi and the fields along the RD254, with a final climb to the Rutoirs path. This winding route, punctuated by woodland and farm tracks, offers 3? hours of dynamic walking, perfect for training in the great outdoors while exploring an area that is discreet but rich in contrasts.
