A great loop between nature and leisure:
With its 16 km of waymarked paths (allow around 3h30), the tour of Lac de la Liez is a great adventure to share with the whole family! You start at the foot of the dam, then walk along the Vaucouleur ditch as far as the Chaspussin woods, where footbridges and small bridges adorn the path. You then pass through wooded and marshy areas that are very easy to access, before following the GR7, which offers magnificent views over the lake and the town of Langres. The route continues along the edge of fields and forests, with welcome picnic areas. At the end of the loop, a refreshing stop-off awaits you at the water sports centre, where you can swim, pedal-boat, sail, water-ski, tow-boat... or simply relax on the beach. And why not take a gourmet break at the port?
A complete outing, combining nature, sport and pleasure, to create wonderful outdoor memories!

Significant ecological and ornithological value: while the Lac de Villegusien is a great place to watch waterfowl, the Lac de la Liez is no less rich in birdlife. For this, you'll need to get away from the busy area near the dam and head for the peace and quiet of "Baie de Lecey". Here, small marshy areas and mudflats make the site attractive to nesting birds such as coots, grebes and herons....
