Starting out from the pretty village of Dommarien, through which the River Vingeanne flows, this route will take you to the Canal between Champagne and Burgundy. During your walk, you'll come across "La Niche du Chien à Plumes", situated on the banks of the canal with its lock-keeper's house and old mounted ball. You will then reach the picturesque village of Montsaugeon, with its fortified gateway and ashlar buildings... Finally, you will return to your starting point by following the route of the canal between Champagne and Burgundy.
