Since spring 2019, Bart de Bondt, a Belgian restaurateur based in the south of Haute-Marne, has been opening the doors of his restaurant with its warm, modern decor. The cuisine is semi-gastronomic, with a daily starter-main course-dessert menu (including appetisers, a quarter of wine and coffee) available at lunchtime for just €25.
