A menu of the day in our brasserie. To tantalise the taste buds, we concoct menus in the restaurant that include a hot Langres salad (local cheese), a minced chicken with Coiffy wine (Haut-Marnais wine), followed by a caprice des dieux salad (cheese made 3km from the hotel) and a dessert chosen from our special menu. Theme evenings are also organised.
