At Guet'Apens, we offer simple, generous and comforting cuisine based on grilled meats and local meats, all in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Sit down and enjoy our home cooking, from the meat to the drinks - everything is local.
Taste our meat (chicken fillets, flank steak, rib steak, etc.) selected by our farmer by choosing a lunch menu, or a grilled meat from the display case, accompanied by chips or seasonal vegetables, salad and homemade sauce (Langres sauce, epoisses sauce, shallots, homemade mayonnaise).
Guet'Apens is the fusion of an artisan butcher's shop and a restaurant, which we call Maison de viande.
We don't forget anyone: chickpea falafels, arancini with seasonal vegetables, lentil steaks... There's always a homemade vegetarian option.
