Our Brasserie is located at the foot of the Statue of Denis Diderot, our famous philosopher, where you can enjoy a dish made from our local cheese "Langres Cheese" or simply have a refreshing drink on our south-facing terrace in the heart of the town. We offer specialities made with Langres cheese (Langres cheese tart, mussels and chips with Langres cheese, Langres cheese burger, etc.), homemade pizzas, etc., all in a modern setting (zinc bar in the style of a Parisian brasserie). We have a meeting room for 25 people with wifi.
