This place steeped in history has been fitted out to create an old-fashioned atmosphere with large, spacious rooms. The dining rooms are equipped with bread ovens, huge fireplaces in which you can roast a whole ox, monastic tables with candlesticks carved into the wood, paved with stone slabs and lit by faith-filled stained glass windows... The seating has been carefully designed for maximum comfort. The fireplaces and two wood-fired bread ovens allow the chef to prepare truly traditional dishes.
