Set in a bucolic village on the banks of the canal "between Champagne and Burgundy", the Bistrot de Pays serves traditional family cuisine prepared by chef Clément.
A grocery shop offers a selection of everyday products as well as a fine range of local produce. A catering service is also available. Good humour and conviviality are also at the heart of our welcome: many themed and festive evenings are organised throughout the year.

- Filet mignon of pork with Langres cheese
- Beef fillet with Choue sauce from the Brasserie du Vauclair in Giey-sur-Aujon
