Life is a celebration
On stage, a man repeats the same movements, as if trapped in a daily routine that offers him no respite. All around him, commands surge forth, invading the space, even penetrating his mind. Beside him appears a strange presence, at once an ally and an escape. Together, they lose their footing. Their bodies fall, resist, and get back up. The stage cracks, caught between control and chaos.
Blending dance, clowning and physical theatre, the show navigates an era saturated with pressures to bring forth, despite everything, a desire to live and to escape.
A physical and unpredictable piece, under constant tension.
Rémi Richaud made a lasting impression on the audience in January 2025 with ‘Boys Club’, during our evening dedicated to emerging choreography.
