*cœur doux.* is a choreographic and musical performance that brings the audience as close as possible to the performers’ bodies. In a three-sided staging, the audience surrounds the stage and shares in the experience.

On stage, Léo Gras dances with a life-size double, modelled on himself. He carries it, manipulates it, confronts it, navigating the space between presence and absence. The music by Aria De La Celle, performed live, accompanies this journey. An intimate and political work, it responds to a rape suffered by the artist, transforming the shattered body into one reconstructed by memory.

Based in Chaumont, choreographer Léo Gras presents his second stage production here, which premiered at the Nouveau Relax and has already been programmed at several renowned venues for contemporary dance.
