France is 13 years old. She tries to kill herself – often – but she always fails.
Whilst she’s making these failed attempts, her father is working out on a smart bike, her mother is racing against the clock in the kitchen whilst filming her quick-fix recipes, and as for Pierre, her older brother, he’s eagerly awaiting his first time…
Every Sunday, it’s the same menu, spiced up by Dad with his ritual racist joke. It’s all in good humour…
No one notices France’s unease, except Pan, her white rabbit.

Through her observations of a family, Agnès Larroque uses humour to deliver a satirical critique of the world’s injustices. These scenes of family life, often very funny, highlight the difficulties of communication between parents and children. A lively and sparkling writing style makes for a delightful play.
