La Corrida festive du JHM 2026

A programme of sporting events awaits you:

Several races will be held throughout the afternoon and into the early evening:

4.30 pm: children’s race;
5.00 pm: 3 km race;
6.00 pm: 5 km race;
7.15 pm: 10 km race.

The start and finish lines will be on Rue Jules-Tréfousse, with podium ceremonies taking place throughout the event. The 3 km podium ceremony will take place at 5.45 pm, the 5 km at 6.45 pm, and the final 10 km podium ceremony at 8.30 pm.

The children’s race will allow the youngest participants to join in the fun too, in a format that is both suitable and rewarding. At the finish line, every child will receive a medal, a small bottle of water and a bag of sweets.

Entertainment for the whole family

For this 25th edition, the Corrida Festive jhm will be more than just a sporting event. The occasion will also take on a festive atmosphere with concerts organised in partnership with Chaumont Town Council and the MJC.
These musical performances will enhance the day’s friendly atmosphere and allow the public, supporters, volunteers and runners to enjoy the event to the full, before, during and after the races.

A pickleball session will also be on offer from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. This taster session will give the public the chance to discover this fun, accessible and rapidly growing sport.

Runners will also be able to make use of a massage area from 3.00 pm until the end of the races, to enjoy a moment of recovery and relaxation after their exertions.

This 25th edition aims to bring people together in large numbers through sport, entertainment and a friendly atmosphere. Runners, families, children, spectators, volunteers, clubs and partners will come together to bring Chaumont’s town centre to life throughout the day.
The aim is clear: to make this anniversary edition a unifying, vibrant event open to all, right in the heart of Chaumont.

The JHM Festive Run relies on the significant involvement of numerous local stakeholders. Charities, partners, volunteers, municipal services and organisers are working together to deliver a high-quality, safe and accessible sporting event.
This 25th edition fully embodies the desire to bring sport to the town centre, to promote local organisations and to offer the people of Chaumont a popular, dynamic and unifying event.
