A ‘Day of Baroque Love’ in two parts, featuring the ensemble Le Songe du Roi, conducted by Patrick Heilmann.
Aperitif concert: Patrick Heilmann, on the harpsichord and conducting, along with two other instrumentalists, will treat us to
a delightful musical feast, after which the audience will raise a glass and savour some petits fours
prepared by Langres-based chef David Daguzan.
‘Lovers’ Duets’ concert at 5.00 pm: soprano Dania El Zein and countertenor Maximin Marchand will join the musicians of the Le Songe du Roi ensemble to thrill us with a selection of duets (Pergolesi, Handel, Leclair, Vivaldi, Rameau,
Monteverdi) celebrating love during the Age of Enlightenment.
