The programme will be rounded off with free activities on the Gallo-Roman era.
The exhibition will then be open to the public every Sunday from April to October, from 2pm to 6pm, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11 to 25 April (school holidays), from 2pm to 6pm. Ages 8 and up.
The job of the archaeologist
How did people live before us? That's the question archaeologists try to answer.
How do these researchers work, helping us to go back in time? Why do they dig? What clues do they find? How do they interpret them? What happens to the objects once the dig is over?
To answer these questions, set off on an adventure through the exhibition and its excavation site. Using a trowel and a range of interactive devices, uncover the remains (bones, pottery, coins, seeds, etc.). Then, just like in a laboratory, study them, identify them and make them "talk".
The job of archaeologist will hold no secrets for you!
