Ground floor: one bedroom (2 x 90 cm beds) with disabled access, shower room and fitted kitchen. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Baby equipment. First floor: dining room - lounge - kitchen with TV. Middle floor: 1 bedroom with shower, washbasin and WC (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with shower, washbasin and WC. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 cm) with shower, washbasin and WC, a reading area.
Parking in front of the gîte. Communal picnic area and barbecue available with playground.
Bed linen and towels provided. Charges: 8 kWh/day electricity free (meter read on arrival and departure). Any excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading).
