Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen and shower room with WC.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) and WC.
Wood-burning stove. Cleaning charge: €40. Sheets (beds made on arrival) and household linen provided. Linen hire: 5 euros/pers. Pets accepted with a supplement of 3 €/day/pet, the pet supplement to be paid on site to the owners. Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity included in the contract (meter read on arrival and departure). The excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption.
