1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds. Bathroom (bath and shower) and toilet. Beds made on arrival, household linen and towels provided. Cleaning charge: €100. Pets accepted with restrictions and exclusively on the ground floor: €60. Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity free (meter read on arrival and departure). Any excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption.
