Your children will be able to play in complete safety, as the grounds are enclosed and spacious enough with their various areas for you to enjoy the outdoors in complete peace and quiet!
This 118 m² holiday home sleeps 7/8 people and comprises :
Ground floor
- a large kitchen/living room with bay window onto the terrace
- a lounge opening onto the outside, with 1 sofa and 3 armchairs and a wood-burning stove
- a shower room and separate WC
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- private garden with barbecue and garden furniture
On the first floor
- a bedroom with 3 adult beds (90x190cm)
- a bedroom with a separable double bed 2x80x200 and an extra bed (convertible armchair 80x200)
- a shower room and separate WC.
The ground floor of each gîte is on one level, making access easier for people with reduced mobility.
Our 2 gîtes have separate sanitary facilities and a bedroom on the ground floor, in addition to the living room and kitchen. A small step separates these two areas.
There is an outside shed for bikes and motorbikes.
The enclosed pebbled courtyard provides parking for your vehicles.
