2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove (€45/stove). Tumble dryer. Cleaning charge: €60. Wifi internet access. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bath, deckchair, playpen). 5 petanque courts about 150 metres away. Petanque games available in the gîte.
Pets: 20 €/ pet/stay. To be paid to the owner on site.
Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity free (meter read on arrival and departure). Any excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption.
