Situated on the banks of Lake Vingeanne, 15 km south of Langres and 50 km from Dijon, the residence is set in 4 hectares of green space and has 57 individual or semi-detached timber-framed chalets on private 300 m² grounds, sleeping 4-6 people.
A 12 m x 8 m heated indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and poolside area, a children’s play area and a multi-purpose sports ground, a restaurant and a bar open every lunchtime and evening during the season, with views of the lake from ‘La Terrasse du Lac’, a food truck open every lunchtime in season, and a spa and sauna (at an extra charge) are sure to delight young and old alike.

Each standard chalet features a bright living room, a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, a microwave with grill, a fridge, a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom or shower room, 1 toilet, a 12 m² covered terrace, an outdoor storage room, 1 parking space.
Our comfort chalets offer modern amenities. To meet your needs, we have replaced the bath with a modern shower; the kitchen area is now equipped with a large fridge-freezer, 2 ceramic hobs and contemporary furniture. A more comfortable modular sofa has replaced the sofa bed, storage spaces have been fitted out, and functional headboards have been installed in the bedrooms.
In 2026, beautiful premium chalets were built, this time featuring air conditioning and a TV.
