Totally independent gîte set in 1.65 hectares of parkland. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, lounge, games room (pool table, table football, darts), "ambience" room (music, dance, bar, Sony speaker system), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm), bathroom (bath and shower) and WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms for 2 people (4 double beds 180cm (twin beds 90x2) with private shower rooms and separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 double beds 180 (twin beds 90 x 2) and 1 bed 80 for a child, relaxation/games room, bathroom (bath and shower) and separate WC. The whole house is air-conditioned (including the bedrooms). Utilities: 8 KWH electricity free per day, more to be paid to the owner on site. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided. Cleaning fee: 250€ (compulsory for companies). Beertender beer machine, coffee machine and bean-to-cup coffee machine. Petanque pitch.
