This 39 m2 duplex flat in natural Nordic pine has a superb 14 m2 living room on the ground floor with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, opening onto the dining room and living room for family gatherings and conversations while preparing dinner.
There is a separate shower room with shower and toilet.
Finally, there's a pretty bedroom with a 140x190 double bed for relaxing and unwinding.
Upstairs, the 12 m2 mezzanine is secured with a screen (a child safety barrier is available) and has 2 single beds (90x190).
This light-filled chalet with built-in mobile air conditioning opens through a French window onto a magnificent 13 m2 covered outdoor terrace, which is illuminated, planted with trees and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal required), so you can relax and enjoy the outdoors whatever the season.
A few coffee pods are provided to get your stay off to a good start.
